This past week we have been frantically cleaning and preparing our new school building for yesterday – the day of the open house for students and parents. Although there are still things to be done (when Sarah and I left on Friday the Upper School didn’t have desks), we are looking forward to Monday and getting back into classes.
I (Dan) have been able to get into the auditorium and figure out the new sound, light, and projection systems in the room – complete with 2 fog machines and a bubble machine! It’s fun to play with, and the kids should find it to be pretty neat too!
Our new scooter is holding up well – it can be a little cold travelling on it to school and back home, but it is very convenient to get from place to place! Pics of the scooter and our new facility will hopefully be up in the next week.
